For the last few months, I've been getting back on track with my website and started blogging about n8n and automation.
Part of this process was a redesign and Search Engine Optimization. For better visibility into what's happening on my site, I've used Vercel Speed Insights, Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics, and Ahrefs.
Using Ahrefs, I started with a Health Score of 28 (November 24th). After the latest audit, I'm at Health Score 99 (January 5th).
Seven weeks to optimize it.
My website is built on Nextjs using a ready-made template, which left a lot of issues that needed fixing during optimization. Based on Ahrefs reports, I used Cursor and Antigravity to build the final template.
In the meantime, I created scripts to review content for SEO and added them to Git pre-commit hooks. This helped me catch issues before anything was built and pushed to production server.
I want to say thanks to Kornel Kasprzyk for excellent SEO support during this journey!
